Introduction: Inside the play Hamlet by William Shakespeare people can easily see Hamlet the primary protagonist who is the boy of the king Hamlet and Queen Gertrude and the nephew of the new king Claudius. These are the main characters inside the play: Hamlet is a sad, cynical, discontented, 30 yr old man who is totally sickening of his mother sexuality. Claudius is this uncle who may be the villain in the account. He is the bad guy of the play, he is sneaky, striving politician he is without love intended for human kind. Even though, his appreciate for Gertrude is frank. Gertrude is a Queen from the Denmark the lady recently got married to Claudius. Gertrude enjoys her boy Hamlet. Yet , she has not any morals or reality. Polonius is the Head of the family of Chamberlain of Claudius's court, a pretentious sneaky old man. He can father of Laertes and Ophelia. Ophelia is Polonius daughter. The girl follows her father and brother's guidelines; she is a really innocent and young young lady who comes the need to follow directions coming from her father and her brother. The ghost is the specter of Hamlet's father. I failed to really appreciate if the Ghosting is Hamlet's father or perhaps something bad. The ghost wants vengeance for the murder Hamlet's father who have been murdered by Claudius. Other heroes in the play are: Horatio, the Lord Chamberlain; Laertes, Ophelia's brother; Fortinbras, Prince of Norway; Rosencrantz and Guildenstern friends of Hamlet; Osric the representant, Voltimand and Cornelius these individuals were send out by Claudius to convince the king to prevent Fortinbras from attacking; Marcellus and Bernardo, the officers; Francisco, a enthusiast and guardsman at Elsinore; Reynaldo, Polonius's servant. These kinds of characters are generally less significant in the play and have in the play a little part.
