Motivation is one of the most important regions of study in neuro-scientific organizational behavior. Motivation is done to encourage and encourage people to satisfy their needs. In motivation persons tend to take a step because they wish to do it. The internal needs and drives lead to tensions, which in turn result into action. In organization, motivation can be described as the willingness to attain high levels effort toward organizational desired goals, conditioned by efforts and ability to meet some individual need.
