Inspiration is derived from the Latin term movere, this means " to move”. In respect to dictionary of supervision, it can be thought as the pushes acting on or within a person who cause the arousal, course, and determination of goal-directed, voluntary work. Motivation is one of the most important regions of study in neuro-scientific organizational behavior. Motivation is done to encourage and encourage people to satisfy their needs. In motivation persons tend to take a step because they wish to do it. The internal needs and drives lead to tensions, which in turn result into action. In organization, motivation can be described as the willingness to attain high levels effort toward organizational desired goals, conditioned by efforts and ability to meet some individual need. There are lots of theories in motivation, just like Hierarcy of Needs Theory, ERG Theory, Two-Factor Theory, Acquired Requires Theory, Procedure Theories of Motivation, Expectations Theory, Goal-Setting Theory, Self-Efficacy Theory, and Reinforcement Theory. In this paper, the authors will talk about more about reinforcement theory which made famous by Burrhus Frederic Skinner, a psychologist, an investor, and Harvard psychology professor whom came from America.

Reinforcement theory is the process of shaping actions by manipulating the consequences from the behaviour.
